Health common issues and their solutions

Every person in this world has the right to live a long life. However, not all people can do it as they are prone to suffer from various physical and mental illnesses. These include some diseases that have been around for centuries, which affect human lives.

The most common diseases include: Hepatitis Viral Infection (HIV) Virus Infection Tuberculosis Influenza Heart Disease Cancer Parkinson’s disease Diabetes Hypertension Epilepsy Aseptic meningitis Gastrointestinal problems Malignant tumors Pancreas Diseases Cerebrovascular diseases Dementia Neurological diseases AIDS Bacterial infections Kidney Stones Arthritis Common Causes Of Illness.

Most common causes of illness include factors such as poor eating habits, lack of exercise, stress and obesity. Other reasons include lifestyle choices and even genetics. It is always important to keep an eye on one’s body and learn how to prevent further damage.

Some causes of medical condition are beyond someone’s control and cannot be changed. They are also known as pre-existing conditions or risk factors. People with these conditions may need extra care and treatment to improve their quality of life. There may also be other health hazards that can be prevented.

Preventative measures like taking medications, exercising regularly and maintaining proper nutrition can help minimize illnesses before they become critical. Causes Of Acute Liver Failure Acute liver failure is another term used for liver problems.

This condition happens when there is excessive alcohol consumption. In people living with chronic hepatitis, acute liver failure will happen whenever they drink excessive amounts of alcohol. Drinking too much is unhealthy as it may cause severe complications like heart attack, kidney failure and stomach bleeding. Alcoholic fatty liver is usually caused by frequent drinking with minimal meals.

If someone does not take the harmful effects of the addiction, then alcoholic fatty liver might become more serious. Many times, the symptoms are similar to a hangover and include nausea, fever, vomiting and jaundice. Treatment options for patients who are affected include blood transfusion, fluid replacement and liver transplants. Unfortunately, sometimes alcohol is ingested orally and can result in dehydration and death. If individuals stop drinking after receiving the correct treatment, then their chances of recovery increase. So, it is essential to seek professional medical advice if people experience difficulties during the early stages of recovering from the underlying injury.

Also, people that are suffering from alcoholism should be able to get professional consultation for help on how to avoid future occurrences of acute liver failure. Causes Of Blood Disorders Blood disorders arise when there is an imbalance between platelets and red blood cells. Platelet dysfunction refers to an inability of platelets to function normally since there are fewer platelets in the body. The responsibility of Red blood cells is to carry oxygen throughout the body. When there is low number of red blood cell due to either inherited deficiencies or aging or through drugs or alcohol use, there is a possibility that there could be trouble in transportation of oxygen and nutrients to tissues and organs. Lack of oxygen flow into tissues also leads to organ malfunction. Anemia occurs because red blood cells are damaged. Symptoms of anemia may appear after a few days after consuming an excess amount of iron. Another type of blood disorder is thrombophilia. Without the presence of clotting proteins, blood clots could occur and eventually lead to stroke or cardiac arrest. Thrombophilia refers to abnormal blood clotting functions that cause a greater danger of bleeding and even death to patients. For instance, a person with hemophilia would have a problem with clotting of their own blood. This type of clotting is often hereditary and tends to run in families. At times, doctors also tend to prescribe anti-coagulant medication to prevent further formation and breakage of this particular blood clotting. Patients who are diagnosed with thrombophilia may even receive immunotherapy to help them fight off this genetic disorder. As seen before, there are so many ways to manage the progression of blood disorders. Most blood disorders are manageable once they are identified at its early stage.

Once these illnesses begin to worsen, doctors may prescribe chemotherapy or other types of toxic medicines or surgery if there is no hope for recovery. The best thing about treating these medical conditions is that there are so many options, from both conventional and alternative medicine. Doctors work together closely with patients to ensure that the appropriate treatments are selected based on factors affecting the individual patient, including age, weight, race or sex and family history of medical conditions. Therefore, it is vital to treat any medical conditions that are deemed relevant and to ensure the right kind of treatment is administered. With proper management, one is capable of managing the underlying diseases. The choice of medication will depend on the severity of the illness, the level of damage that has already occurred and the age of the victim. Any form of therapy, whether conventional medicine or alternative medications, will enable the patient to recover.
